Exchanges Only - No Returns After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, we do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges for items that meet the following criteria

Exchanges are allowed only if the item is damaged upon arrival

If your item is damaged, you may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order

To request an exchange for a damaged item, please contact us at alrozanafashions.com with details and images of the damage, and we will guide you through the process

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for an exchange

We reserve the right to reject any exchange requests made outside of the 10-day window

How to Request an Exchange

Notify us within 10 days of receiving your order if your item is damaged

Provide proof of damage, including clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the condition and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item. If the exchange is due to damage, we will cover the return shipping costs

We do not cover any additional shipping fees for exchanged items

Please note that this policy applies to all orders shipped internationally

Exceptions

We do not accept exchanges for items that have been used, washed, or altered

Sale or promotional items are also excluded from the exchange policy
